The WCRCC Blueprint: First 100 Days

Goal: To transition the WCRCC from an internal-facing body to a professional, election-ready machine.

Phase 1: The First 30 Days (Operational Audit & Restoration)

Focus: Stabilizing the organization and establishing a professional baseline.

Day 1–7: Financial & Digital Audit. Conduct a full review of all WCRCC bank accounts, donor lists, and digital assets (website, social media, email lists). Ensure all passwords and access points are secured and transferred.

Day 10: The "Listening Tour" Launch. Schedule one-on-one calls or small group coffees with every Sub-District Chair to identify specific precinct needs and past friction points.

Day 15: Governance Review. Meet with a Parliamentarian to establish clear, consistent enforcement of Robert’s Rules of Order for all future meetings to ensure decorum.

Day 20: Vendor Re-evaluation. Review current contracts for printing, data, website, and digital platforms to ensure every dollar of donor money is being used efficiently.

Phase 2: Days 31–60 (Communication & Capacity Building)

Focus: Building the tools needed to support candidates and engage PCs.

Day 35: Modernized Communication Suite. Launch a streamlined, weekly PC-only newsletter that provides actionable data, talking points, and a calendar of events. No fluff—just utility.

Day 45: Volunteer Recruitment Surge. Launch a "Fill the Precincts" initiative. Identify vacant precinct spots and implement a targeted outreach plan to recruit new, high-energy members.

Day 50: Candidate Support Summit. Host a meeting with local Republican candidates to ask: "What do you need from the WCRCC to win?" and align our resources with their field goals.

Day 60: Professionalism Training. Conduct an optional workshop for PCs on effective canvassing, digital literacy, and conflict de-escalation.

Phase 3: Days 61–100 (The "Big Tent" Mobilization)

Focus: Turning the energy outward and preparing for the ballot box.

Day 70: Fundraising "Re-engagement" Gala. Execute a high-profile donor event to signal to the community that the WCRCC is under stable, professional management and is a safe investment.

Day 80: The "War Room" Deployment. Finalize a centralized data hub where PCs can access real-time voter turnout and registration statistics for their specific precincts.

Day 90: Multi-Front Ground Game. Deploy a coordinated door-knocking and phone-banking schedule that covers the entire county, supported by a unified WCRCC message.

Day 100: Progress Report. Issue a formal "State of the Committee" report to all members, detailing exactly what has been accomplished in the first 100 days and the roadmap for the upcoming election.
